The Role

As our new Year 5 Teacher, you will inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential while creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver exciting lessons that encourage curiosity, confidence and a love of learning.



Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can succeed.
  • Differentiate learning to support pupils of all abilities.
  • Work collaboratively with year group colleagues and the wider staff team.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
  • Attend staff meetings, parents'' evenings and school events.
  • Promote high standards of behaviour, safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.


We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (desirable).
  • Has excellent classroom management skills.
  • Is passionate about delivering outstanding education and training.
  • Has high expectations for every pupil.
  • Is a positive team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Is committed to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
