Working closely with the class teacher and wider support staff, you will help deliver engaging learning activities and provide targeted interventions to ensure all pupils make excellent progress.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting teaching and learning across the Year 3 curriculum.Delivering small group and one-to-one interventions.Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff.Supporting pupils with varying learning needs.Helping to create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging pupil engagement.What you''ll need to succeedThe successful applicant will:Hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.Have previous experience working within a ..... full job details .....
