Year 5 Class Teacher

Prospero Teaching is looking for a passionate, proactive and enthusiastic Class Teacher to support the learning of pupils in one of our inspirational Primary Schools in Amble from Easter on a full-time and long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to build positive relationships with pupils and have a long-term, positive impact on their lives, progress and development. About the Role:The role will involve planning and teaching engaging and informative lessons that inspire pupils and allows all pupils to make progress regardless of their ability levels.Stretching and challenging the learning and progress all pupilsBuilding positive relationships with pupils and Teaching Assistants to create excellent learning environments.Managing challenging behaviour in a positive, proactive and consistent mannerDifferentiating lessons appropriately to suit the needs and earning styles of all pupils.Using varied methods of assessment to assess pupil progressDisplaying high levels of enthusiasm, energy and positivity when working with children.Working effectively with Teaching Assistants to ensure children receive the best possible educational experience About the School:The role is based in an inspirational Primary School in Amble.There is an opportunity for the role to be based in year 5.The School has an outstanding supportive culture and Leadership Team, where staff work as a Team within classrooms to provide high standards of support to pupils.
