The role involves supporting and teaching pupils who present  challenging behaviour and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) , including  ADHD and autism .  The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, provide structure and consistency, and create a supportive environment that helps pupils succeed both academically and socially. This role requires a teacher who is confident managing behaviour and passionate about supporting children who may require additional guidance and understanding.
