Job Description:
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
- Establish and maintain clear behaviour expectations and effective classroom routines
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired
- Use a range of formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and inform next steps
- Promote independent learning, critical thinking, and a growth mindset
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development
- Contribute to the wider school community through assemblies, school trips, and enrichment activities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 4 (desirable but not essential)
- Be a reflective and adaptable practitioner withandnbsp;strong behaviour and classroom management skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing
- Possess strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Be passionate about lifelong learning, team collaboration, and curriculum innovation
