Job Description:
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessonsandnbsp;in line with theandnbsp;KS2 National Curriculum
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environmentandnbsp;where every child feelsandnbsp;safe, supported, and inspired
- Use a range ofandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentsandnbsp;toandnbsp;monitor progressandnbsp;andandnbsp;inform next steps
- Promote independent learning, critical thinking, and a growth mindset
- Build strong relationshipsandnbsp;with pupils, parents, and colleagues to supportandnbsp;holistic development
- Contribute to the wider school communityandnbsp;throughandnbsp;assemblies, school trips, and enrichment activities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Haveandnbsp;experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally inandnbsp;Year 4andnbsp;(desirable but not essential)
- Be aandnbsp;reflective and adaptable practitionerandnbsp;with excellentandnbsp;classroom managementandnbsp;andandnbsp;differentiation skills
- Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;inclusive education,andnbsp;safeguarding, andandnbsp;pupil wellbeing
- Possess strongandnbsp;communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
