Year 4 Teacher

Smile Education are recruiting for a year 4 teacher in a 2 form entry school near the Droitwich area. The role would be working at a school with a tight knit staff team and strong SLT support. The Primary teacher role would be long term, full time with full teaching responsibilities starting in May for a maternity cover The responsibilities of the Primary Teacher role:Plan and deliver captivating lessons to students in KS2 in line with the curriculumFocus on creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that helps student engagement and critical thinkingassess and evaluate student progress, offer constructive feedback and nurturing a love for learning will be central to your role.Be able to structure lesson plans for different level of student needTo apply for this Primary Teacher role, you will need the following:Teaching certification or QTS.Proficiency in the primary curriculum and effective instructional techniques.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students to excel.Have experience working in Primary schoolsThe benefits of this Primary teacher role:A daily rate of 130- 180 a dayPAYE and Umbrella payment optionsHoliday pay of 12.07%Free CPD training available via the smile portalReferral scheme up to 200Dedicated consultant working within your area.Smile Education is committed to safeguarding children.
