Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and wellbeing. Monitor and assess pupil progress, using data effectively to inform teaching. Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and school leaders to support pupil achievement. Contribute positively to the wider life of the school. What you''ll need to succeed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4. Strong classroom management skills. A passion for providing high-quality teaching and learning. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
