A friendly and supportive primary school in North Manchester is seeking a Year 4 Teacher to join their team from September 2026 until December 2026. The school is ideally located for commuters, with excellent transport links from North Manchester, Rochdale, Tameside, Oldham and central Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for either an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with relevant placement experience or an experienced teacher seeking a guaranteed work for the autumn term.
The role
- Teaching a Year 4 class from September 2026 until December 2026
- Planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleagues

The ideal candidate
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Passion for creating engaging learning opportunities
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Enthusiastic, committed and adaptable approach to teaching
