Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess age-appropriate lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student achievements and attendance.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents to support student development and well-being.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and resilience.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- QTS or PGCE
- Experience teaching in a primary school is preferred.
- A strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Enthusiasm for continuous professional development for educational best practices.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Right to work in the UK
