Year 4 Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes active learning.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.

• Support the holistic development of all pupils, including those with additional needs.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and families to ensure best outcomes for students.

• Contribute to school planning, extracurricular activities, and whole-school initiatives.

• Maintain high expectations for behavior, learning, and personal responsibility.

• A recognised primary teaching qualification (e.g. Bachelor of Education, Professional Master of Education, PGCE, or equivalent).

• Current registration with the relevant Teaching Council (e.g. Teaching Council of Ireland).

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning atmosphere.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

• A flexible and team-oriented approach to teaching and school life.

• A passion for supporting children''s learning and well-being.
