Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and respected. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to promote a culture of partnership and shared responsibility for student success. Utilise innovative teaching strategies and resources to enhance the learning experience. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably within a Year 4 setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
