The Role

As the Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Maintaining firm but fair behaviour management and consistent classroom routines
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-structured learning environment
• Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Working collaboratively with KS2 colleagues, support staff, and SLT
• Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers

What We''re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 4
• Strong curriculum knowledge and behaviour management skills
• High expectations for pupil progress, behaviour, and attainment
