Are you a motivated primary teacher looking for your next classroom opportunity? We''re looking for a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to take on a full-time role at a primary school in Gillingham, Medway, starting in November 2026.

This is a great opportunity for a teacher who enjoys working with lower Key Stage 2 pupils and can create a classroom where children feel supported, engaged and encouraged to reach their full potential.

The role will involve:

• Taking responsibility for a Year 4 class and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.

• Planning and adapting learning activities to meet the needs and abilities of all pupils.

• Monitoring progress and providing feedback to help children develop their knowledge and confidence.

• Creating a positive classroom environment where pupils feel motivated to learn.

• Managing classroom routines and behaviour consistently.

• Working alongside other staff to support pupils'' academic progress and wider development.

What we''re looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

• Previous experience teaching in a primary school is required.

• Confidence delivering the KS2 curriculum, ideally within Year 4.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• A positive, organised and flexible approach to teaching.

• A valid DBS certificate or willingness to apply for a new one.

• A driver is preferred, particularly for those travelling from surrounding areas.
