Be an experienced teacher with excellent behaviour management skills and the confidence to lead a well-structured Year 3 classroom. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of Year 3 pupils. Build positive relationships with pupils and maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning.
