Job Description:

• Deliverandnbsp;engaging and creative lessonsandnbsp;in line with theandnbsp;KS2 curriculum, tailored to the developmental needs of Year 3 pupils
• Foster aandnbsp;love of learningandnbsp;throughandnbsp;interactive activities,andnbsp;cross-curricular links, andandnbsp;hands-on experiences
• Create aandnbsp;classroom cultureandnbsp;where every child feelsandnbsp;safe,andnbsp;valued, andandnbsp;motivated to succeed
• Use a range ofandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentsandnbsp;to monitor progress and inform planning
• Buildandnbsp;strong relationshipsandnbsp;with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support bothandnbsp;academicandnbsp;andandnbsp;personal development
• Contribute to the wider school community throughandnbsp;school events,andnbsp;enrichment activities, andandnbsp;team collaboration

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience teachingandnbsp;Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3 (desirable but not essential)
• Be aandnbsp;reflective and adaptable practitionerandnbsp;with strongandnbsp;classroom managementandnbsp;andandnbsp;differentiation skills
• Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;inclusive education,andnbsp;safeguarding, andandnbsp;pupil wellbeing
