Job Description:

• Plan and deliverandnbsp;engaging, imaginative lessonsandnbsp;aligned with theandnbsp;KS2 curriculum, tailored to Year 3 learners
• Inspire aandnbsp;love of learningandnbsp;throughandnbsp;practical tasks,andnbsp;cross-curricular projects, andandnbsp;interactive teaching
• Create aandnbsp;safe, supportive classroomandnbsp;where every child feelsandnbsp;valued, confident, and ready to thrive
• Use a variety ofandnbsp;assessment strategiesandnbsp;to track progress and inform next steps
• Buildandnbsp;positive relationshipsandnbsp;with pupils, families, and colleagues to support bothandnbsp;academic and emotional growth
• Take part inandnbsp;school life, includingandnbsp;events,andnbsp;clubs, andandnbsp;collaborative planning

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Has experience teachingandnbsp;Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3 (preferred but not essential)
• Is aandnbsp;flexible and reflective educatorandnbsp;with strongandnbsp;behaviour managementandnbsp;andandnbsp;differentiation techniques
• Shows a clear commitment toandnbsp;inclusive practice,andnbsp;safeguarding, andandnbsp;pupil wellbeing
• Possesses excellentandnbsp;communication,andnbsp;organisation, andandnbsp;teamwork skills
