Are you a caring and committed Year 3 Teacher ready to make a real impact as children transition into Key Stage 2£ A friendly, well-resourced school in Bedgrove, Aylesbury is looking for an enthusiastic and reflective teacher to join their Lower Key Stage 2 team, guiding pupils through this exciting next stage of their primary education.

What You''ll Be Responsible For:
Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons aligned with the Year 3 national curriculum
Supporting pupils'' progress in core subjects, particularly English and maths, while promoting independence and critical thinking
Developing reading fluency and comprehension through high-quality texts and structured reading approaches
Creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child is encouraged to thrive
Working closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, and families to meet pupils'' academic and emotional needs
Using effective assessment to track progress and inform next steps in learning
Contributing to wider school life, enrichment opportunities, and a positive team culture
Who We''re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 or readiness to step into a Year 3 teaching role with confidence
Sound understanding of the KS2 curriculum and progression from KS1
