The Role- Year 3 Teacher:

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will support pupils as they transition further into Key Stage 2, helping them build confidence, independence, and resilience in their learning. The successful Year 3 Teacher will deliver creative and engaging lessons across the curriculum while ensuring all pupils are supported and challenged appropriately.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, assessing pupil progress, and creating an inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and a love of learning.

What We''re Looking for in a Year 3 Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A motivated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher with a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Experience delivering engaging and differentiated lessons, including support for pupils with SEND
• High expectations for behaviour, achievement, and pupil progress
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A reflective and adaptable approach to teaching

Key Responsibilities- Year 3 Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively
• Identify and address gaps in learning
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
