SANZA Teaching Agency are working exclusively with a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Barnet who are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and well-established school community with an excellent reputation locally. The school are looking for a dedicated Key Stage 2 practitioner who can inspire and engage pupils as they transition into the junior phase of primary education.

The successful candidate will be joining a cooperative lower KS2 team within a school that places a strong emphasis on both academic achievement and pupil wellbeing. The Role
The school are seeking an experienced or ambitious Year 3 Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons and support pupils as they build confidence and independence in Key Stage 2.

Responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the Year 3 curriculum
* Supporting pupils'' academic, social and emotional development
* Monitoring pupil progress and providing targeted support where needed
* Creating a positive and engaging classroom environment
* Working collaboratively with the parallel Year 3 teacher and wider KS2 team

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
* Excellent classroom management skills
* A positive and proactive attitude
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team
