Early Career Teachers (ECTs) may also be considered.The Role Deliver engaging, creative and inclusive lessons to a Year 3 class. Plan, prepare and assess learning in line with the National Curriculum. Create a positive, supportive and stimulating classroom environment. Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and school leadership. Maintain high expectations of behaviour, progress and achievement. Commit to working 3 days per week on an ongoing basis.Essential Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a recognised teaching qualification. Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
