A highly regarded primary school in Reading is looking to welcome a motivated Year 3 Teacher to their KS2 team starting Easter 2026. The successful Year 3 Teacher will be responsible for delivering creative and engaging lessons, supporting pupil development, and maintaining high teaching standards in line with the KS2 curriculum.

This role also offers scope for career development, with potential TLR responsibilities for a Year 3 Teacher eager to take on additional duties within the school.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a primary school Year 3 Teacher
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• A passion for supporting pupil progress and achievement
• Willingness to contribute to wider school life (TLR opportunities available)
