The position is full time based in Year 3 supporting a child with additional needs in the morning and general classroom support in the afternoon. The child in question can demonstrate challenging behaviour so the successful candidate must possess strong deescalation techniques. This role suits someone coming from a care background working with children. The position is to start after Easter and likely to run for the rest of the academic year. The successful candidate must have experience in working both 1-2-1 or supporting children with additional needs. You will promote good behaviour and positive values at all times to impact teaching and learning.
