About Us:

We-are-a-teaching-agency-working-with-a thriving-three-form-entry primary-school-in-the-Borough-of Havering who-are-looking-for-an-experienced-Year 3 SEN TA.

About The Client:

We are working with a primary school in the London Borough of Havering where children love to come and learn. The school are looking for an experienced Year 3 SEN TA to support a girl on a 1:1 basis. As a Year 3 SEN TA, you would be supporting a girl who has Autism and complex needs. The successful Year 3 SEN TA will have bags of creativity and energy for stimulating and engaging the child.

Key Responsibilities for the Year 3 SEN TA:

• Support a child on a 1:1 basis as a Year 3 SEN TA
• Understanding of Autism
• Differentiate activities as required
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development

Required Skills and Qualifications for the Year 3 SEN TA:

• Prior experience working as a Year 3 SEN TA
• Experience in supporting pupils with complex needs
• Confident in supporting pupils across the primary year groups
• Willingness to work part of a team
• Safeguarding training
