You will deliver engaging lessons, nurture pupil confidence, and ensure strong progress across reading, writing, and maths.Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to Year 3 learning objectives Create a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment Use assessment to track progress and inform next steps Support pupils'' transition into lower KS2 and promote strong foundational skills Work collaboratively with the KS2 team and support staff Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleaguesSkills and QualificationsEssential: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Proven experience teaching at primary level (Year 3 experience preferred) Strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum Ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge learnersDesirable: Experience supporting learners across KS2 Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skillsWhy Work with Aspire People?
