Location: Cradley Heath | Salary: £95 - £105/day Weekly Pay | Type: Contract | Applebough Education -is delighted to be working in partnership with an- Ofsted-rated Good primary school in Cradley -to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic- Year 2 Teaching Assistant -to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant who has a strong understanding of- Key Stage 1 -and a genuine passion for supporting children to thrive in their learning and development. The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience working within- Key Stage 1 , ideally in Year 2. A good understanding of the- KS1 curriculum -and the needs of young learners. Strong- phonics knowledge , with experience of- Little Wandle -highly desirable. Experience supporting children with- SEND -and adapting learning to meet individual needs. A good understanding of- EHCPs -and how to support pupils in working towards their individual targets. The ability to work effectively with the class teacher and wider school team. A calm, nurturing and patient approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to creating an inclusive and positive learning environment. Trial days available ASAP
