Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Outstanding Lessons: Plan and execute engaging, innovative lessons that align with the National Curriculum and cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring all students reach their full potential.
Drive Student Progress: Monitor and assess students'' development, adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of each child, and ensuring progress is tracked effectively.
Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Create an inspiring, inclusive, and stimulating classroom where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and the SENCO to provide tailored support for students with additional needs, promoting a holistic approach to learning.
Engage Parents and Carers: Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child''s academic and personal growth, and actively involving them in the educational process.
Maintain High Standards: Uphold the school''s commitment to high academic standards, behaviour expectations, and personal development.
What We Are Looking For:
