Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment where all pupils can thrive. Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively, implementing interventions where required. Prepare pupils for end-of-Key Stage 1 assessments while fostering a love of learning. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support pupil achievement. Uphold high expectations for behaviour, attendance, and academic success. What you''ll need to succeed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally Year 2. Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment requirements. Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
