The successful candidate will work alongside a Year 1 Teacher and another TA, supporting a large cohort of pupils both within the classroom and through targeted 1:1 support. This role would suit a TA with a strong background in  Early Years/Key Stage 1  and ideally experience supporting children with  SEND . The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within  EYFS or Key Stage 1 . Experience supporting children with  SEND , including those requiring additional communication, learning, or behavioural support. The ability to support learning through class-based activities and individual interventions. A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach.
