About The Client: We are working with a thriving and successful primary school in Ilford, in the London Borough of Redbridge. The school is dedicated to ensuring every child strives to achieve the very best for themselves. Key Responsibilities for the Year 1 Teacher: Ability to work successfully as part of a team as a Year 1 Teacher Raise standards for all pupils, including underachieving pupils Promote positive behaviour conducive to learning, focused on raising standards Observe and assess children''s progress, providing feedback accordingly. Contribute to the wider initiatives within the school as a Year 1 Teacher.
