About the Role:

• Full-time teaching position in a Year 1 class
• Maternity cover from September to December 2025 (initially)
• Potential for extension depending on circumstances
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
• Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Experience teaching in KS1, ideally Year 1
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to hit the ground running
