Year 1 Teacher - Maternity Contract

Astro Education is currently recruiting for a Year 1 Teacher ( Maternity Contract ) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Stoke-on-Trent. The role is set to start immediately and continuing until July (minimum).

We are looking for a confident, adaptable, and enthusiastic teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to pupils during a crucial stage of their learning journey.

Required Experience:

• Have experience working in either EYFS, Key Stage 1 or 2
• Hold QTS or equivalent.
• Be flexible, patient and adaptable
• Be able to communicate effectively within a team
• Support with Planning and Marking.
