Your Role:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, creative lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners

• Foster a classroom culture of curiosity, kindness, and independence

• Work closely with the KS1 team to plan and assess collaboratively

• Monitor and evaluate pupil progress using formative and summative assessments

• Maintain strong relationships with families to support home-school partnerships
