This role is ideal for a teacher who can build upon children''s Early Years experiences and support them through this important transition into Key Stage 1.The RoleAs the Year 1 Teacher, you will:Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning.Support pupils as they transition from EYFS into the National Curriculum.Deliver high-quality phonics teaching and early reading interventions.Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL.Monitor pupil progress through ongoing assessment and adapt teaching accordingly.Create a positive, well-managed classroom where children feel safe and motivated.Work closely with parents and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for every child.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).Has experience teaching in KS1 (ECTs are encouraged to apply).Has a good understanding of phonics programmes such as Little Wandle or Read Write Inc.Can deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.Has strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.Is committed to supporting every child''s academic and personal development.We OfferA welcoming and supportive school ..... full job details .....
