This is a full-time, long-term position starting ASAP, supporting pupils with additional needs alongside the class teacher. The role will involve providing classroom support and helping pupils access the Year 1 curriculum, with a particular focus on children with SEN. You may be supporting pupils with autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH). The school is looking for someone who can adapt their approach to individual pupils, encourage independence and help children feel settled and confident in the classroom.
