Yard Operative - Oxford Are you looking for a new opportunity as a Yard Operative in Oxford?We are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join a busy and successful team, working Monday to Friday with every other Saturday. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is physically fit, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team. The RoleAs a Yard Operative, your responsibilities will include:Working as part of a friendly, busy and supportive teamSorting and organising stockLoading and unloading deliveriesMoving materials and stock around the yard and warehouseWorking both indoors and outdoorsMaintaining a clean, safe and organised working environmentFollowing all relevant Health and Safety proceduresSupporting the wider warehouse and yard operations as requiredAbout YouThe successful candidate will:Be physically fit and comfortable being on their feet throughout the working dayHave good communication skillsBe reliable, hardworking and willing to get stuck inBe able to work effectively as part of a small teamHave a good awareness of Health and SafetyHave a Forklift Truck (FLT Bendi) licence - advantageous but not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidateWorking HoursMonday to Friday: 7:00am - 4:30pmEvery other Saturday: 7:00am - 11am If you''re looking for a hands-on role with a great team and enjoy working in a busy yard environment, we''d love to hear from you!
