Senior Yardi Implementation Consultant - Residential London Hybrid Permanent The organisation Cobalt is working with an international software consultancy specialising in real estate technology to appoint a Senior Yardi Implementation Consultant. The business supports real estate organisations internationally with Yardi implementation, support, development and data services. This Senior Yardi Implementation Consultant position offers the opportunity to work on complex residential projects alongside experienced Yardi specialists, with exposure to clients across different markets. The organisation offers hybrid working across home, office and client locations, alongside paid holiday, bank holidays, pension contributions and private healthcare. The role and responsibilities The Senior Yardi Implementation Consultant will take ownership of residential Yardi implementations, upgrades and optimisation projects, working from initial discovery through to go-live and stabilisation. Reporting into a senior implementation leader, responsibilities will include: Delivering residential Yardi implementations, upgrades and system enhancements. Gathering business, accounting and operational requirements and translating these into effective Yardi configurations. Supporting data migration, testing, cutover and post-go-live activities.
