Job Title: Yard Supervisor Location: Haverhill, Suffolk Salary: £negotiable DOE Hours: Monday - Friday, day shift Contract Type: Full time, 12 week temp - perm Sector: Logistics Our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk is looking for a Yard Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Yard Supervisor your duties will include: Supervising loading/unloading activities Operating forklift, ensuring health and safety is maintained at all times Ensuring smooth running of daily operations Identifying opportunities to improve operational processes Completing paperwork as required Ensuring safety and environmental policies are adhered to. An ideal candidate for the Yard Supervisor role will have: Previous experience in the mechanical engineering industry Good knowledge of hydraulics, electrics, and engines Ability to work alone and flexibility.
