Yard Supervisor

Are you an organized, hands-on leader with experience in managing busy yard operations? We''re looking for a proactive Yard Supervisor to join our clients dynamic team and keep things running smoothly!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day yard operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity

• Coordinate deliveries, collections, and yard logistics

• Supervise and support a team of yard staff, including scheduling and task delegation

• Ensure all equipment and machinery is maintained and used safely

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free yard environment

• Enforce health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory or yard-based role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Forklift license (required)

• Basic IT and admin skills

• A commitment to health and safety compliance

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions

Candidate must be able to work any days between Monday to Saturday
