This is a hands-on role working with welding materials, sheet metal and structural parts. You will assist with preparing materials, welding panels, grinding surfaces and supporting general yard and workshop duties. Full training will be provided, so previous welding experience is not essential. Key Responsibilities Working with welding materials, sheet metal and structural components. Preparing and handling metal materials. Assisting with welding panels following training. Grinding and preparing metal surfaces. Using hand and power tools safely. Moving and organising materials around the yard. Supporting general workshop and yard duties. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Following all health and safety procedures.
