Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Yard Operator, you''ll be essential to our depot operations, ensuring smooth and efficient yard management. Your key duties will include:

- Safety-focused operations: Loading and unloading gas cylinders following strict safety protocols
- Inventory management: Organising and maintaining accurate yard stock levels
- Equipment operation: Operating forklift equipment (comprehensive training provided for candidates without experience)
- Compliance: Maintaining rigorous health and safety standards at all times
- General support: Assisting with warehouse duties and supporting team operations as needed

Essential Requirements:

- Exceptional reliability – Outstanding timekeeping and attendance record
- Positive attitude – Proactive approach with willingness to learn and adapt
- Physical capability – Comfortable with manual handling and outdoor work in various weather conditions

Preferred (Not Essential):

- Forklift experience – Advantageous but not required as full training will be provided
