About the Role
As a Yard Operative based in Nuneaton, you will join a busy industrial site on a temporary basis, earning up to £13.54 per hour. Your primary duties include pressure washing equipment and site areas, maintaining a clean and safe yard, and assisting with general yard tasks. You will also operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck when required. This role follows a Monday to Friday pattern, 7:30am to 4:30pm, with weekly pay and accrued holiday pay. Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or industrial setting is preferred, alongside a Counterbalance FLT licence. You must be physically fit and comfortable with manual duties.

The Assignment
We have an immediate requirement for a Yard Operative to join a busy industrial site in Nuneaton.
What the Work Involves
Working as part of the yard team, your duties will include:
- Pressure washing equipment and site areas
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe yard environment
- Assisting with general yard duties as required
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck where required
Hours, Shifts andamp; Pay
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
Pay rate: £13.54 per hour
Pay frequency: Weekly
Holiday pay: Accrued and paid weekly
What We Need From You
- Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or industrial environment preferred
- Counterbalance FLT licence preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual duties throughout the day
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work safely at all times
- Right to work in the UK. Documentation will be required before start
