An opportunity has become available for a Yard Operative to join the team at their Monmouth site. This is a practical, hands-on role where you''ll prepare specialist equipment for its next deployment, supporting workshop, warehouse and yard operations that play a vital part in keeping projects moving across the UK. The role requires someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is happy working both independently and as part of a close-knit team. What The Role Offers Monday to Friday working pattern Regular daytime hours, 08:30 to 17:00 Full-time contract position Varied work across the workshop, warehouse and external yard Opportunity to work with specialist environmental equipment Supportive team environment Ongoing training and development Paid morning and afternoon breaks What You Will Be Doing Prepare specialist equipment returned from hire, ensuring it is ready for its next deployment. Remove and reinstall PVC plates, pipework and associated fittings. Clean equipment using pressure washing equipment. Remove silt, soil and debris from returned units.
