This is a hands-on role within a busy depot, supporting the preparation, maintenance, inspection and servicing of specialist hire equipment and depot assets.General Duties: Prepare equipment ready for hirePaint hire equipment and depot assets using airless sprayers, brushes and rollersComplete stencilling of equipmentClean equipment using pressure washers Inspect, service and carry out basic repairs where required and within your competencyLoad, unload, move and store equipment safelyOperate forklift trucks - full training providedUse pneumatic and electrical hand tools - full training providedMaintain accurate inspection and service recordsIdentify and report damaged or out-of-service equipmentMaintain accurate stock levels and depot standardsKeep the depot clean, organised and safeWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious experience in a depot, engineering, maintenance, painting or similar hands-on environment is desirableGood attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork accuratelyComfortable using scanners, PDAs, tablets and computersPhysically fit and able to carry out a hands-on roleFlexible, reliable and trustworthy with excellent timekeepingPositive attitude towards Health ..... full job details .....
