This role is based at our client''s Redditch depot, supporting day-to-day operations within a busy equipment hire environment. This is a hands-on position playing a key role in the smooth running of the depot, including stock control, equipment preparation and general yard/warehouse duties. You will be part of a supportive team within a fast-growing business operating across the commercial HVAC sector. There is also genuine long-term progression available, with the opportunity to be upskilled into a field-based installation support role assisting with the nationwide deployment of portable air conditioning units and related equipment.
