Yard Operative / Depot Operative - Redditch (Driving License required) An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated Yard Operative / Depot Operative to join a rapidly growing HVAC hire specialist. This role is based at our client''s Redditch depot, supporting day-to-day operations within a busy equipment hire environment.This is a hands-on position playing a key role in the smooth running of the depot, including stock control, equipment preparation and general yard/warehouse duties. You will be part of a supportive team within a fast-growing business operating across the commercial HVAC sector.There is also genuine long-term progression available, with the opportunity to be upskilled into a field-based installation support role assisting with the nationwide deployment of portable air conditioning units and related equipment.Key Responsibilities:Warehouse and yard support duties within the depotManual handling and movement of HVAC equipmentAccurate stock picking, packing and preparation of ordersRoutine stock counts and inventory checksMaintaining cleanliness, organisation and safety of the depotAssisting with loading and unloading vehiclesSupporting engineers with equipment preparation and fixingsOpportunity to assist with UK-wide installations as you developRequirements:Full UK driving licenceForklift qualification (or willingness to be trained)Reliable, hands-on and physically capable of manual workStrong attention to detail for stock accuracyWillingness to learn ..... full job details .....
