Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday Shift Patterns
06:00am - 4:30pm or 08:00am - 6:30pm
-14.00 p/h
-16.94 p/h, Overtime after 40hrs

Omnia Resourcing is excited to be recruiting for a brand-new warehouse site in Sittingbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join from day one and build a long-term career within a growing operation.

We are currently recruiting for a Yard Marshall to support yard and vehicle operations in a busy and fast-paced environment.

This is a key role focused on ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles, supporting smooth loading and unloading processes across the site.

Yard Marshall - Purpose of the Role:
To coordinate vehicle movements on site, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely operations while supporting overall warehouse flow.

Yard Marshall - Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating vehicle movements to ensure efficient loading and unloading
• Directing incoming and outgoing traffic to designated areas
• Monitoring yard operations to ensure full safety compliance
• Identifying and reporting hazards promptly
• Managing trailer allocation and tracking available yard space
• Communicating effectively with drivers and warehouse teams
• Supporting smooth workflow across yard and warehouse operations
• Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised yard environment

Yard Marshall - Requirements:

• Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or logistics environment preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good awareness of health and safety practices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Reliable and proactive approach to work
• Own transport required due to location

Yard Marshall - Pre-employment Checks:

• DBS check required
• Drug and Alcohol test required
