Yard Driver/Handyperson (part time)Location: SandbachWorking schedule: 3 days a week, Wednesday - Friday 6:30am - 3:30pm and early finish on FridayRate of pay: £13.00phContract type: Temporary ongoing may lead to permanent positionAdecco have a requirement for a Yard Driver (vans)/Handyperson to join our client''s team based in Sandbach. This is a varied role supporting day to day operations, where you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks around site and also moving vehicles around the yard to work areas and parking them up.For this role it is essential that you have a Full UK Drivers License.This is a temporary ongoing role which may lead to a permanent position.Key responsibilities:Carry out general maintenance tasks which may include minor repairs, painting and weeding Disposing of waste on siteMaintain a safe, clean, and orderly working environment, reporting of any defectsSafely move and position vehicles within the yardConduct basic vehicle checks before movementEnsure vehicles are parked correctly and securelyFollow all site safety rules and traffic management proceduresEssential RequirementsConfident and competent driving a range of vehiclesFull UK driving licence (essential)Good awareness of health and safetyPractical, flexible, and able to work independentlyReliable, punctual, and safety-consciousIf this role is of interest to you, please apply with your up to date CV for our consideration!Why Adecco: Annual leave entitlement Perks at work - ..... full job details .....
