Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30

We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Yard Cleaner to join our team in Gravesend. This hands-on role is ideal for someone physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weathers. You''ll play a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised yard environment, supporting the preparation of modular buildings for hire or resale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean modular buildings inside and out - including floors, walls, windows, and toilet areas
• Operate pressure washers and other cleaning equipment to maintain high standards
• Remove waste, rubbish, and excess materials from the yard and surrounding areas
• Keep access routes, communal areas, and storage spaces clean, tidy, and hazard-free
• Assist in preparing units for dispatch - including light painting and general cleaning
• Safely use and store cleaning materials and equipment
• Support general yard operations and labouring tasks when required
• Follow all health and safety procedures and always wear appropriate PPE.
• Report any damage, hazards, or faults to the Yard Supervisor

• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working attitude
• Comfortable working with cleaning equipment and basic tools
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in yard work or cleaning (preferred but not essential)
