We are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative with a valid Counterbalance FLT certificate to join a busy site in Rugby town centre.

This is a hands-on, physical, all-weather role dealing with metal products used in the construction industry. You''ll be doing tasks such as:

• Matching tickets
• Bending metal
• Securing orders onto lorries
• Operating the counterbalance forklift (approx. 1 hour per day)

This is NOT a pure forklift role.
If you''re looking to spend your shift only on a truck, this isn''t the job for you.

This is a varied and busy role, where there''s always something to do. There''s also regular early morning overtime, and the opportunity to be trained on gantry cranes and production machinery.

What''s on offer:

• -12.21 per hour42 hours paid per week
• Overtime at -18.31 (mainly early mornings)
